Romance in Savannah Georgia

Romance in Savannah Georgia

Have you ever visited a place and felt like you were transcending the present and stepping into another time? That's the feeling I had when I visited Savannah Georgia . Walking around in the historic town I kept imagining scenes from a romcom or romance novel playing out in the buildings and parks. A combination [...]

What else is there to do in Orlando Florida if you don't want to visit the amusement parks? That's what I had to figure out in November when I visited at the height of the pandemic to support my friend who was participating in a bodybuilding competition. Orlando has an emerging food scene I wanted [...]

ROUTE 66- ICONIC ROAD TRIP

To me, the United States of America isn't just a country, it's a continent, with it's 50 states spanning through its vast territory where temperatures and time zones change as you move from East to west and the cold mountains give way to warmth and beaches as you drift south from the north. There are [...]

There is so much beauty around us and in the world if we could only let ourselves see it. I believe we only have one life to live and should make the best of it so I try everyday to see something new or something old in a new way, I love being creative and travel is a passion. I'm a solo traveller and would like to encourage many more to take a step out on their own. This website is where I share my life journey. Hope my craziness inspires you :)

Costa Rica isn’t a party destination, this quiet, Central American country is more famous for its “Pura Vida” way of life. It’s an ideal destination for nature lovers and a great place to reconnect with nature.
Stone town Zanzibar.
Honduras 🇭🇳. What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear of this country? … probably, insecurity, cartels, drugs. Though these things are prevalent in the country they are not the daily reality of many. I drove through many cities there alone and with the right precautions didn’t feel unsafe. Language was a big barrier but the inhabitants were friendly. The one fluent speaker I met was Jose ( see pic), and a local drunk 😂.
Leather tannery of Fez. Nestled in the Medina, this is where most of the colorful leather used to make Moroccan poufs comes from. It’s worth a stop but be ready to haggle if you decide to buy anything from the artisan shops operating here. The smell isn’t for everyone either 🤢.
Chefchaouen, the blue pearl. Why is the entire town painted blue? The stories vary depending on who you ask. One thing is certain though, it’s a sight to behold and the blue keeps the alleys cooler even on hot days. Getting here isn’t difficult, it’s a 3-4 hrs bus ride from Fez and 3 hrs by car.
Ready to blow off some steam this weekend!! Any fun plans?
