Traveling Honduras was a little challenging:
One of the best places to visit in #laesperanza is the Immaculate conception cave. The best views of the city are from the top of the cave. Here you’ll find many of the city’s younger residents chilling.
One thing I really enjoyed while visiting @hotelagualpaoficial was how serene and peaceful it was. Even with families here it still felt very removed from everything. As much as I love adventures, sometimes I crave tranquility.
While visiting #honduras don’t expect pristine hotels because it’s a country that doesn’t thrive on tourism but there are a few hidden gems like this. Beautiful grounds with unique dwellings.
Visiting the town of cantarranas #honduras and I wished I had a travel partner because every corner is an Instagram candy land lol. The people are friendly and the food delicious 😋.
#honduras doesn’t feature on many people’s travel destinations, tourism isn’t the first thing that crosses people’s minds when they hear of this country in Central America but like any other place in the world, there is lots of beauty in the chaos and lots of beautiful places to explore. The town of #cantarranas is one of them with an art / graffiti staircase to rival the one in Rio.
